Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine thatbelongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. Thiscytokine is a ligand for receptor TNFRSF4/OX4. It is found to beinvolved in T cell antigen-presenting cell (APC) interactions. Insurface Ig- and CD40-stimulated B cells, this cytokine along withCD70 has been shown to provide CD28-independent costimulatorysignals to T cells. This protein and its receptor are reported todirectly mediate adhesion of activated T cells to vascularendothelial cells.
Antigen:This TNFSF4 antibody is generated from mice immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 97-125 amino acids from human TNFSF4.

Buffer condition:Mouse monoclonal antibody supplied in crude ascites with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
