Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:Interacts with zinc finger protein A20/TNFAIP3 and inhibits TNF-induced NF-kappa-B-dependent gene expression by interfering with an RIP-or TRAF2-mediated transactivation signal (By similarity). Increases cell surface CD4(T4) antigen expression. Interacts with HIV-1 matrix protein and is packaged into virions and overexpression can inhibit viral replication. May regulate matrix nuclear localization, both nuclear import of PIC (Preintegration complex) and export of GAG polyprotein and viral genomic RNA during virion production.

Antigen:This TNIP1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 607-636 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human TNIP1.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
