Gene Infomation:TP53BP2 is a member of the ASPP(apoptosis-stimulating protein of p53) family of p53 interactingproteins. The protein contains four ankyrin repeats and an SH3domain involved in protein-protein interactions. It is localized tothe perinuclear region of the cytoplasm, and regulates apoptosisand cell growth through interactions with other regulatorymolecules including members of the p53 family. Multiple transcriptvariants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Antigen:This TP53BP2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 93-122 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human TP53BP2.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate.
