Gene Full Name:TSPY like 1
Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is found in the nucleolus and is similar to that of a family of genes on the Y-chromosome. This gene is intronless. Defects in this gene are a cause of sudden infant death with dysgenesis of the testes syndrome (SIDDT). [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2009]
Antigen:Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-230 of human TSPYL1 (NP_003300.1).
Antigen Synonyms:Testis-specific Y-encoded-like protein 1

Tissue specificity:Expressed in testis, ovary, liver, spleen, brain, kidney, prostate, lung, liver, and heart.
Storage:Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles.
Buffer condition:PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
