Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a member of the tubulin superfamily. Theencoded protein localizes to the centrosome where it binds tomicrotubules as part of a complex referred to as the gamma-tubulinring complex. The protein mediates microtubule nucleation and isrequired for microtubule formation and progression of the cellcycle. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 7.

Antigen:This TUBG1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 23-51 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human TUBG1.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
