Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:Palmitoyltransferase specific for a subset of neuronal proteins, including SNAP25, DLG4/PSD95, GAD2, SYT1 and HD. Palmitoylates MPP1 in erythrocytes. May be involved in the sorting or targeting of critical proteins involved in the initiating events of endocytosis at the plasma membrane. Has transforming activity. Mediates Mg(2+) transport.

Antigen:This ZDHHC17 antibody is generated from a rabbit immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 3-37 amino acids from human ZDHHC17.

Antigen Synonyms:

Clonality:Polyclonal antibody

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
