Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:The zinc finger protein encoded by this gene is a widelyexpressed member of the FOG family of transcription factors. Thefamily members modulate the activity of GATA family proteins, whichare important regulators of hematopoiesis and cardiogenesis inmammals. It has been demonstrated that the protein can bothactivate and down-regulate expression of GATA-target genes, suggesting different modulation in different promoter contexts. Arelated mRNA suggests an alternatively spliced product but thisinformation is not yet fully supported by the sequence. [providedby RefSeq].
Antigen:This ZFPM2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 883-911 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human ZFPM2.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
