Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:Ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors. Probable developmental protein. Is likely to signal over only few cell diameters. May be involved in the specification of the spatial patterns of expression of Gsc and other regulatory genes leading to the establishment of the embryonic axis.
Antigen:This Zebrafish wnt8a antibody is generated from a rabbit immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 135-170 amino acids from the Central region of Zebrafish wnt8a.
Antigen Synonyms:
Clonality:Polyclonal antibody

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody in PBS supplemented with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
