Storage:Store at +4°C short term. Store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze / thaw cycle.
Buffer condition:Purified antibody in PBS containing 0.03% sodium azide.
Background:Immunoglobulin M (IgM), along with IgA, IgD, and IgE, make up approximately 20% of the total gamma globulin in the body, with IgG accounting for the other 80%.Each class of antibody gets its designation from the heavy and light peptide chains that make up the antibody structure.IgM is the first immunoglobulin produced during the immune response and the first antibody produced in neonates. Serum levels of IgM are associated with certain autoimmune diseases, and abnormally low levels may indicate the presence of Wiskott-Aldrich Syndrome, an inherited immunodeficiency disorder. Monoclonal Anti-Human IgM is derived from the hybridoma1 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from an immunized mouse.
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
