Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:Lysosomal-associated membrane protein 2 (LAMP2, synonyms: LAMPB, CD107b) is a member of a family of membrane glycoproteins. This glycoprotein provides selectins with carbohydrate ligands. LAMP2 may plays a role in tumor cell metastasis. It may also functions in the protection, maintenance, and adhesion of the lysosome.Prior to posttranslational modification, Lysosome Associated Membrane Protein 2 (LAMP2) is a ~45 kDa polypeptide. Mature, functional LAMP2 is extensively glycosylated with a variety of different N linked and O linked oligosaccharides with a total molecular weight of ~100-110 kDa.

Storage:Store at +4°C short term. Store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze / thaw cycle.
Buffer condition:Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline , pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Background:p16-INK4A a cell-cycle regulatory protein that Interacts with CDK4 and CDK6, inhibiting their ability to interact with cyclins D. Inhibits the phosphorylation of the retinoblastoma protein by CDK4 or CDK6. Four alternatively spliced isoforms have been reported.
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
