Molecular Weight	The secreted recombinant human IL17RC/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consists of 675 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 75.3 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of rh IL17RC/Fc monomer is approximately 100-120 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
