Product Name:

Human Neuropilin-1 / NRP1 Protein (Fc Tag)

Catalog NO.: P10011-H02H Suppliers: Nativo Life Science
Species: Human Host: Human Cells
Synonyms: BDCA4,CD304,Neuropilin-1,NP1,NRP,VEGF165R
Molecular Weight: The recombinant human NRP1/Fc chimera is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consists of 861 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 96.5 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rh NRP1/Fc monomer migrates as an approximately 120-125 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
SDS-PAGE: Human Neuropilin-1 / NRP1 Protein (Fc Tag)
Purity: > 85 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Protein Construction: A DNA sequence encoding the human NRP1 isoform b (NP_001019799.1) (Met 1-Lys 644) was expressed with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
Bio-activity: Measured by its ability to bind with recombinant human VEGF165 in a functional ELISA.
Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
1. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization. Specific concentrations are included in the hardcopy of COA.
