Purity > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Protein Construction A DNA sequence encoding the human PTPRA isoform 2 (P18433-2) cytoplasmic domain (Ala 174-Lys 793) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
Bio-activity 1. Measured by its ability to bind biotinylated recombinant mouse SRC in a functional ELISA.
2. Measured by its ability to cleave a substrate, pNitrophenyl phosphate (pNPP). The specific activity is >40000 pmol/min/μg.
Research Area Signaling |Signal Transduction |Phosphatase & Regulator |Phosphatase Regulator
Formulation Lyophilized from sterile 20mM Tris, 500mM NaCl, pH 7.4, 20% gly, 3mM DTT
1. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose and mannitol are added as protectants before lyophilization. Specific concentrations are included in the hardcopy of COA.
