HA

Catalog Number P11708-V08H
Organism Species H1N1
Host Human Cells
Synonyms HA
Molecular Weight The secreted recombinant influenza A H1N1 hemagglutinin (A/Solomon Islands/3/2006 (H1N1)) comprises 522 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 59 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 60-70 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
predicted N Asp 18
SDS-PAGE
Purity > 97 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Protein Construction A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of the influenza A H1N1 (A/Solomon Islands/3/2006 (H1N1)) hemagglutinin (ABU99109.1) (Met 1-Gln 528, HA1+HA2, uncleved), was fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
Bio-activity Measured by its ability to agglutinate human red blood cells.
HA titer is 2-8 μg/mL for 1% HRBC.
Research Area Microbiology |Pathogenic microorganism |viruses |animal virus |viral illness |Viral tract respiratory illness |
Formulation Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
1. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization. Specific concentrations are included in the hardcopy of COA.
