Protein Construction A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of Influenza A virus (A/chicken/Netherlands/1/03 (H7N7)) (AAR02639.1) hemagglutinin (Met 8-Phe 544) (Native, HA1+HA2) was expressed, fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
Bio-activity 1. Measured in hemagglutination test using 1% chicken erythrocyte. The HA titer is 0.1-0.5 μg/ml for 1% CRBC.
2. Measured by its ability to bind with Neu5Aca2-3Galb1-4GlcNAcb-PAA-biotin (01-077) using the Octet RED System.
Research Area Microbiology |Pathogenic microorganism |viruses |animal virus |viral illness |Viral tract respiratory illness |
Formulation Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
1. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization. Specific concentrations are included in the hardcopy of COA.
