Background:1. 取100 μl EDTA抗凝的人外周血加入5 ml流式管底;2. 取10 μl标记抗体加入流式管底与全血混匀,室温避光孵育20分钟;3. 加入2ml 1×红细胞裂解液混匀后避光放置10分钟,溶解红细胞(推荐: RBC Lysing Solution[10×]);4. 将样品管置离心机中以1000 rpm离心5分钟后弃上清;5. 加入2 ml PBS洗液重悬细胞，1000 rpm离心5分钟,弃上清;6. 加入0.5 ml PBS洗液重悬细胞,待流式细胞仪检测(样品应在当天上机测定,也可加固定x03

Molar Function:识别钙依赖性CD41/CD61（GPⅡb/Ⅲa）复合物，分子量为135/120 kDa，表达于正常血小板和巨核细胞上。CD41抗原是纤维蛋白原、vWf、纤维蛋白酶原和玻璃体结合蛋白的受体，并介导血小板黏附和聚集。4H7-B6单抗可完全抑制ADP、肾上腺素和胶原蛋白介导的血小板激活，并部分抑制软脂酸十六酯和凝血酶诱导的血小板激活，在血小板和巨核细胞的形态学和生理学研究中非常有用。CD41可用于Glanzmann's血小板机能不全和巨核细胞白血病的诊断,同种抗体缺失及抗血栓治疗。

Western Blot: 

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
