Background:1. 取100μl 10e6 HEL细胞悬液加入流式测定管底部;2. 加入适量纯化抗体与HEL细胞混匀，室温孵育30分钟;3. 将试管置离心机中以1000 rpm离心5分钟后弃上清;4. 加入2 ml PBS洗液(Cat.:FXP005)重悬细胞以1000 rpm离心5分钟,弃上清;5. 加入适量荧光标记抗小鼠免疫球蛋白试剂，室温避光孵育20分钟;6. 加入2 ml PBS洗液重悬细胞以1000 rpm离心5分钟,弃上清;7. 加入0.5 ml PBS洗液重悬细胞,待流式细胞仪检测(样品应在当天上机测定,也可加固定液4℃保存过夜测定).[PBS洗液:PBS+1%FBS+0.1%NaN3；Cat.:FXP005][细胞固定液:2%甲醛溶液]

Molar Function:相关介绍:3C11-H3单抗能够特异性识别人CD90分子,也称为Thy-1(胸腺细胞抗原-1)。CD90分子量为25-35 kD，在多种细胞上均有表达，包括胸腺T细胞、CD34+ 前胸腺细胞、,造血干细胞、神经元细胞、部分人类胎儿肝细胞、脐带血干细胞和骨髓干细胞。Thy-1在CD34阳性细胞中表达最高，CD34+细胞是比较早期的干细胞,但CD34+细胞是异质性的,多能干细胞只占其中一小部分,更原始的部分应该富含在CD34+/CD90+.CD90参与调节T细胞的粘附和信号转导等过程。

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
