Mouse PILRB1 Protein (Fc Tag)

Fdact,FDFACT,Pilrb

Catalog Number P50219-M02H
Organism Species Mouse
Host Human Cells
Synonyms Fdact,FDFACT,Pilrb
Molecular Weight The secreted recombinant mouse PILRB1/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 406 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 45.8 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rmIL1RAPL1/Fc monomer is approximately 55-60 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
predicted N Gly 29
SDS-PAGE
Purity > 85 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Protein Construction A DNA sequence encoding the mouse PILRB1 (Q2YFS2) extracellular domain (Met 1-Gly 193) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
