Bio-activity	1. Measured in antiviral assay using WISH human amnion cells infected with vesicular stomatitisvirus (VSV). The ED₅₀ for this effect is 0.4-4 pg/mL. 2. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Rhesus IFNA2-His (cat:90105-C08H) at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind human IFNAR2-Fc (P10359-H02H) with a linear range of 0.31-2.5 μg/ml.
